There is also a desk and a small lounge area to relax.

This intimate room is located on the first floor of the house, it has an area of 15m². Its decoration and parquet add to its charm of yesteryear. A large window to the west brings the pretty sunset light.

It can accommodate 2 people thanks to its double bed.

The bathroom with south-facing window is equipped with a 70 x 70 shower cabin, a sink and a toilet.

The Capluc suite, located on the first floor with an area of 40 m², consists of two beautiful bedrooms connected by a corridor. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

The master bedroom of 24 m², called La Baume, is composed of a king size bed and a single bed can be added.

It has a balcony to the south that overlooks the Rozier bridge and a window to the east on the pool and the rock of Capluc.

Its parquet floor and fireplace offer a unique charm of yesteryear.

There is also a desk and a small lounge area to relax.

The second bedroom is composed of two beds of 90x190. Its large window, overlooking the garden and the pool, offers light and serenity.

Each of the 2 bedrooms is independent and has its own bathroom with Italian shower and sink.

Completely renovated in early 2021, it is on the second floor of the house.

This attic room has the charm of exposed beams.

With an area of 18m², it can accommodate 2 people and includes 1 king size bed.

Its bathroom has a roof window and is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.

A small sitting area it perfect for resting or read a book.

The south-facing window overlooks the Rozier bridge and brings even more light.
